The Brønnøysund Register Centre is responsible for maintaining Norway’s central registers for businesses and other legal entities. Through the Register of Business Enterprises, it collects and publishes key company information including ownership, management, and financial filings. By ensuring data accuracy and public access, the center supports legal compliance, transparency, and confidence in the Norwegian business environment.

• Simplified Director’s Report (required for “small” only)
